Badges completed in January 2025

Last weekend, John and I went with some friends to an exhibition, "Insert Coin" at the Cleve Carney museum at the College of DuPage.  This was the final clause I needed to complete my Gamer badge!  And the Gamer badge was the last thing I needed to complete the Be Brave badge from the third quarter of last year.  So for January, I completed:

  • Mixologist
  • My Talents
  • Rebel's 3rd Birthday
  • Gamer
  • Be Brave
  • My Powers 
  • Politician

I will finish Butterfly Effect this evening.  That was the badge for January of this year but I had to restart it at one point so it is taking me a little longer than expected.  I know that this is all self-paced and if I want to take all year to work on a monthly badge, I can, but I usually like to finish up the monthly badges within the month.

All but one of those were badges I had been working on for quite some time.  I like to have several badges in process at once, since some things take more time than others.  Right now, I have at least 15 badges that I am working on in one way or another.  As my Grampie used to say, it keeps me out of the pool halls.
